Application range of forged steel check valve:

Forged steel check valves have three body cap connection design forms. The first type is bolted bonnet: a valve designed according to this design form, the valve body and bonnet are connected with bolts and nuts, and the spiral wound gasket (made of 316 flexible graphite) is sealed. Metal ring connection can also be used when customers have special requirements. The second design form is a welded bonnet. According to this design form, the valve body and the bonnet are screwed together and are fully welded and sealed. If customers have special requirements, penetration welding can also be used. The third type is the pressure self-tightening bonnet. The valve designed according to this design form has a threaded connection between the valve body and the bonnet, and the internal pressure is sealed by a self-tight ring.
